Congratulations to Chloe Heneghan who won a prize in the Castlebar Library Art Competition.

Thank you and well done to everyone who participated in the Christmas Shoe Box Appeal.  We donated 57 boxes. The boxes are on their way to children in Eastern Europe and Africa.

The pupils and staff have raised €178 for the David Gavin fund, when they held their trick or treat Halloween party.

On Monday 11th December ’17, all our pupils will go to the Sacred 6Heart Home, Castlebar to perform carols for the residents from 11am to 12noon. Pupils should wear ‘Santa Hats’.

The new Parents Representative member for the Board of Management is Triona Hennelly. We welcome Triona to the Board.

On 22nd December ’17, all the pupils will sing carols in Super Value, Castlebar. Please be at the school by 9.15am as the bus will be departing then. Pupils should again wear their ‘Santa Hats’. There is no need to bring a school bag on that day. The money raised will go to the Mayo/Roscommon Hospice Fund and the school.
