Dear Parents/Guardians:

Air Borne Gymnastics began last Wednesday and will run for eight weeks. Proceeds from the Card Game and the Flag Day will be used to pay for these eight weeks.

A Big Thank You, to all who participated in the card game and Flag Day, and donated spot prizes. The Flag Day raised €872.89 and the card game raised €1,170.50. Great Work!

Fibre Broad Band is being launched in the area, and our school has been chosen for the launch. The launch is in May and we expect a visit from the Taoiseach or the Department Minister, with film crew and newspaper coverage of the event. (More details as we get them).

Congratulations to Saoirse Jordan who played on the Irish Table Tennis under 13’s team that won the Six Nations Cup. The event was held in Blackburn, England.

We are once again in the finals of the All Ireland Table Tennis competition, in Dublin. We will need to fundraise for this event.

We will take part in the 5 aside soccer tournament in Mile bush on Wednesday 22nd April ’15. We also participated in the Hurling tournament in McHale Park last Thursday.
